HeadBox, a marketplace for inspiring meeting, off-site and event spaces, is rolling out its new venue software, STACK, across the 5,000 UK-wide venues already using HeadBox. The roll-out of STACK follows a successful soft launch in February with a limited number of clients, including founding members such as Lumiere London and an exclusive London private members club.
The beta-testing delivered overwhelmingly positive feedback from the users. The booking software is now already in active use by over 100 London-based spaces. STACK, offering a hybrid SaaS subscription, enables venues to drive enquiries directly to their own sales channels. It consists of:
- A booking and payment widget: that allows users to embed a unique HeadBox code on their website to add a customisable booking widget, facilitating 24/7 online bookings and instant messages directly to the venue.
- A CRM dashboard: that enables venues to manage each step of their sales process in real time including sending bespoke proposals and contracts to their clients without leaving the software.
- Marketing power from the HeadBox platform: that promotes their venue to a huge network of high quality corporate bookers such as Dentsu Aegis, L.E.K Consulting, UBS, Domestic and General, Farfetch and Amazon on the fastest growing events marketplace in the UK.
